Exchange and Return Policy – updated on 1/24/22
Overview
Our refund and return policy is in effect for 30 days from the date of purchase noted on your receipt.
Eligible Return(s)
Product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Empty product(s) in their original packaging
Shipping Labels from LOHAS for an Exchange or Return
Please accept our apologies if we shipped an incorrect or damaged product.
LOHAS’ Customer Service Team will happily help you with your exchange or return item(s). Only products purchased on ShopLOHASWorld.com.US may be either exchanged or returned.
To expedite the process, please follow the steps below:
- Email customerservice@shopLOHASworld.com with the appropriate subject Return or Exchange
- Include the date of purchase and your telephone number to help us connect with you as soon as possible
- A shipping label will be emailed to you
- Print the label
- Pack your product(s) in the corresponding box in which the items were shipped
- Ship the package via USPS
Refunds' Credit Processing
Returned packages will be processed within seven business days.
For returns, you will receive a credit to your account based on the terms of the merchant service provider (Google Pay, PayPal, etc.) or the issuing bank. Please contact whichever processed your payment for details.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at CustomerService@ShopLOHASWorld.com and send your item to: 27 Ironia Road, Suite 15, Flanders, NJ 07836..
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
